Responsibilities：

*Execute of Certification Body services, e.g. issuing of certificates according relevant QM systems

*Evaluation and release of testing specifications

*Coordination with other Certification Bodies Greater China is liaised with

*Surveillance of other Certifiers and Technical Certifiers according given framework

*Identification of process weaknesses to ensure sustainability and reliability of issued certificates

*As member of the Central Certification Board, training and recommendation of Technical Certifier and Certifier candidates as well as conduct internal audits in Greater China or in any other TUV Rheinland location

*Support other organizationally units in their task to meet and exceed customers expectations

*Interface to the operational department to develop new certification business

Requirements:

*At least 3 years experiences related in testing and certification industry or R&D

*Senior in standards related to IT, Household, Machinery or Mechanical Industry (multiple is a plus)

*Familiar with common certification schemes as CB & GS proven by records

*Intercultural experiences outside of Europe

*Germen native speaker

Shanghai and Guangzhou

*培训并推荐有资质的技术签证官，以便在莱茵中国区开展各项内部审核工作

*与业务部门合作开发新的签证项目

要求：

*至少3年以上第三方认证行业的测试及签证工作经验

*熟悉视频音频类产品，家电，机械行业产品质量标准

*熟悉CB & GS质量体系架构

*多样化的工作经验，不仅限于欧洲

*德语为母语的候选人
