Job Description

1. Provide assembly process support to Project Management projects related to new packages, package variants , new products with new processes, line transferring to Wuxi and changes/improvement affecting package fit, from and function
2. Conduct continuous improvement on current establish process
3. Investigate on all the abnormality and provide the corrective action
4. Dealt with customer complaints by using 8D methodology
5. Process simplify & elimination (cost improvement)
6. Working in global teams/environment to deliver committed value engineering project targets

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/any equivalent engineering discipline
2. Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing environment
3. Experience and basic knowledge of semiconductor on assembly process
4. Understand in SPC, PFMEA, DOE, 8D, Decision Analysis methodology.
