Responsibilities：
* Handling Solarthermal projects
* Developing new test procedures for PV*lab
* Establishing lab capacities for new standards (solar thermal, inverters and other)
* Factory inspection for solar thermal collectors

Requirements:
* 3*5 years work experience in related field or similar
* Bachelor or masters in Thermodynamics, Physics, Mechanical or similar
* Sales experience of advantage
* Good English skills in written and spoken ，German will be a plus
* Ability to work independently
* Practical background very important (will support the lab set*up and testing) 
* Working location might be in Shandong (please consider this for the selection of applicants)
