Tasks
Development, implementation and ongoing support of production line.  Make the maintenance planning and training, communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibility
• Responsible for technical integrity of the Paint Shop equipment (incl. Repair on Wheel, Car Body Storage) independent cognition and execution of maintenance 
• Responsible for make equipment daily check sheet, regularly maintenance plan 
• Responsible for analysis the typical fault and make preventive method  
• Responsible for training to maintenance associate     
• Responsible for related CCC, CQC, SQS, etc, certification    
• Responsible for spare parts ordering, confirm     
• Responsible for organize and push the continuously improvement projects in line with lean manufacturing principles.

Qualification
• Bachelor / master degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, 1 to 3 years;  
• Knowledge of automation and control theory and mechatronics;  
• Familiar with IEC-61131-3 programming language;
• Familiar with C or similar language;
• Familiar with Field Bus (profibus & profinet);
• Experience with Siemens equipment (PLC S7) is of advantage;
• Experience for DUERR robot of advantage      
• Experience in hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanic processes; 
• Experience with visualization systems Zenon & EcoSreen is of advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin, knowledge of English, spoken and written.  German would be an advantage.
• Experience of maintenance work in manufacturing industry, 1-3 Years
