Tasks
Responsible for process planning of his responsible area, production line modification and technical change.  Continuously optimizes body shop process to meet the growing production volume by focusing on operation, equipment, environment, material, work instructions and modification projects in line with lean manufacturing principles.
Ensure communication structures with internal and external departments.

Key Responsibility
• Responsible for series process planning of his/her responsible area.   
• Coordinates engineering changes with paint, assembly and plant quality, and share information to other colleagues.     
• Responsible for head account and spare part production planning in his responsible area.
• Development of production line optimization concept including the layout, material flow, conveyance etc. for possible integration scopes or reused equipment.   
• Technical support for quality concept and rework concept.   
• Suppliers development (visits, assessment, qualification, development, corrective active)
• Budget and long term planning in his responsible area.    
• Health and safety concept in his responsible area.     
• Detailed planning in responsible area and handle launch documents

Qualification
• Bachelor/master degree in automobile engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or comparable educational background  
• Capability for teamwork      
• Self-initiative, improvisation skills      
• Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues  
• Capability to explain technical issues to others     
• Fluent in Mandarin, proficient English, German would be an advantage  
• Knowledge in health and safety in sheet metal processes    
• PC experience especially with MS-office applications    
• White body manufacture technology or Machining technology   
• Competence in project management
• Working experience in an automotive plant or similar business, 1-3 Years
• Preferably working experience in international companies, 1-3 Years
• Very good product and process knowledge in the engineering of a body and across the entire process chain, 1-3 Years
• Experience in dealing with external suppliers, 1-3 Years
