System Engineer (Shanghai)

Responsibilities

-Creates technology documentations during the new products instruction in accordance with

corporate documentation standards;

-Technology support for local souring in China , trouble shooting all kinds of product drawings

or standard questions;

-Do all kind of comprehensive test and analysis of all parts ,or components or device testing to

meet local souring requirements;

-Maintains comprehensive records of all parts, or components or device testing for future

reference, documentation and procedures for manufacturing;

-Keep good communication with global design team to apply prudent mechanical or electrical

engineering design criteria in all designs such as conformance to component specifications,

safety margins, compatibility with other components, adherence to various industry standards.

-Do simple design kaizen with the companies product and marketing strategy;

-Develop testing methods, fixtures or tools to meet production requirements;

-Assists Company staff in the development of product specifications where required;

-Product procedure documents control and trouble shooting in the production;

-Do bill of materials adequately concise and complete for other departments such as

purchasing and vendors to produce the product;

-Promotes the corporate image by the highest standards of conduct.

Requirements

1. Preferred with experience using and maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment

including transducers, oscilloscopes, supporting test equipment and microprocessors or

master machining technology;

2. Abundant technology experience in the auto industry;

3. Complete familiarity with all EE and CE, CSA and UL standards, documentation standards,

and industrial mechanical or electronics standards;

4. BS degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering;

5. Good English communication ability;

6. Necessary Computer skills.
