Hardware Engineer (autoparts)

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. Project Interface of ECU and Sensor Hardware

1. Interface to customer regarding hardware topics.
2. Lead technical communication with Europe RD center for support.
3. Understand project hardware requirements from Doors.
4. Understand ECU/sensor schematic, IC datasheet, PCB layout and ECU structural design.
5. Create platform-orientated hardware specification
6. Create Project-orientated hardware parameter table.
7. Perform ECU hardware failure analysis in project development phase.

2. ECU validation

1. Understand OEM test specification
2. Lead technical communication with Europe RD center for test requirements feasibility evaluation.
3. Create DV/PV test plan, review with customer to get approval.
4. Perform EMC and electrical durability test in China external lab
5. Test set-up problem trouble shooting.
6. Create DV/PV test results summary, review with customer to get approval.
7. Test result deviation explanation to customer.

3. ECU and sensor Localization technical support

1. Understand ECU manufacturing process.
2. Interface to Europe RD center regarding technical topics.
3. Provide technical support to project/purchasing/quality team regarding component localization.
4. Provide technical support to ECU supplier regarding ICT, FT, EOL, Run-in tester build according to specification.
5. Follow up ECU/sensor sample delivery timing and status.

Job qualifications

Education 学历:

BSc./MSc. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering

Foreign Language 外语:

Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
