Management Trainee (Mechanical technology focused)

Position:        Management Trainee (first year); Technical Engineer (after training)                

Location:   Germany (first year) and China Shanghai

Requirement

1.  Major in mechanical design, mechatronics integration, mechanical, automation or related fields
2. Familiar with mechanical design principles, with a certain level of electrical knowledge is preferred.
3.  Highly capable of designing, analytics, and tools, e.g., Creo, SolidWorks etc.
4.  Has good knowledge in design of high precision mechanical components.
5. Has basic understanding of applications of machine tool industry.

Education

1. Graduate with a master’s degree or above from German university, specialized in technical study.
2. Having a background of studying at top domestic school/university

Qualification

1.  Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German.
2. Structured, independent; strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
3.   Develop, implement and carryout solution skills.
4.  Efficient communication and organizational skills.
